Standard License

The Vendor grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product for personal or commercial purposes. No additional charges apply beyond the initial purchase price, unless otherwise specified.

You may use the product for one project — whether it’s your own or for a client — including personal, commercial, or non-profit purposes.

• Use the product in a single app
• Distribute the product only as a binary (source code distribution not allowed)
• Use the product for commercial purposes
• Modify or further develop the product’s code

You or your client cannot resell the purchased product, either by itself or as part of a larger project. The product cannot be resold or redistributed in its original format or as part of a file bundle.

The Vendor retains all intellectual property rights to the product. GetUnityCode makes no guarantees about the product, including its accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

GetUnityCode is not liable for the actions of any third parties in connection with your use of the platform or any GetUnityCode services. The Buyer agrees to protect and compensate GetUnityCode for any claims resulting from actions that infringe on the rights of any person or entity.
