Single App License

This Agreement is between the Vendor of the product and the Buyer. GetUnityCode, as a marketplace, is not responsible for the products sold on its platform.

Under this Agreement, the Vendor gives the Buyer the right to use the purchased product for personal or commercial purposes. This right is non-exclusive and non-transferable, with no extra charges beyond the initial purchase price, unless otherwise specified.

You can use the product for one project, whether it’s your own or for a client, including personal, commercial, or non-profit purposes.

You or your client cannot resell the purchased product, either by itself or as part of a larger project. The product cannot be resold or redistributed in its original format or as part of a file bundle.

This license allows you to:

– Use the product in a single app.

– Distribute the product only as a binary (you cannot distribute the source code).

– Use the product for commercial purposes.

– Modify or further develop the product’s code.

The Vendor retains all intellectual property rights to the product. GetUnityCode makes no guarantees about the product, including its accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. GetUnityCode is not liable for the actions of any third parties in connection with your use of the platform or any GetUnityCode services.

The Buyer agrees to protect and compensate GetUnityCode for any claims resulting from actions taken by the Buyer that infringe on the rights of any person or entity.
